Original title : Windows7 cannot see PNY 128GB Flash Drive

My Windows7 cannot see the PNY 128GB Flash drive when I plug it into USB port.

It did recognize it at the beginning. I was copying a 16GB flash drive to the 128GB flash drive when there was a problem reading a file on the 16GB stick.

I tried to kill the copy process but no response. Then thru Windows Manager, I killed the explorer process.

The screen went to all blue. So I powered off the computer with holding the power switch.

Now when I restarted the computer, thankfully, it recognized my 16 GB PNY flash drive with all my data on it.

But now it doesn't see the new (partially copied files on it) 128 GB PNY flash drive.

How do I make it so the computer sees the 128 GB flash drive.

I don't care about the data on it. Men in black 2 123movies. I can reformat it if need be.

The computer just doesn't see it.

When opening control panel, Devices ad Printers, it sees it after about 10 seconds as a USB 3.0 FD.

Clicking on properties, it says the device is working properly.

Yet Windows explorer does not see it.

How can I fix this problem?
